These are the first two pictures taken with my husband's new iPhone 3G.
My husband has been drooling for something like two years. Yes, I know the iPhone was not released until about a year and a half ago, but my husband reads Popular Science and started drooling over the iPhone much earlier than the rest of the male population of the world.
It has been a long two years. He has been extremely patient to wait until now to purchase his very own iPhone 3G. He bought it last night with his accumulated Apple store gift cards (Thank you to all you insightful birthday well-wishers!)
I haven't seen my husband since.
Just kidding. We spent all night last night playing with the thing and it really is the most amazing gadget EVER.
I just caught myself drooling.
I have come down with a serious case of iEnvy. I am pretty sure iNeed one too.

I got mine for Christmas last year and I don't know how I used a regular cell phone all those years. I try to use Darin's phone sometimes and it's like a foreign object. I completely forgot how to manuver anything but the iPhone! HAHA!
Tell him congrats. And yes, it's very addictive.
So should we now expect him to respond to email and text messages?

And BTW just knowing that he has a better phone than me will keep me up at night...
I absolutely love my iPhone. It is so handy and it's like having tons of 21st-century gadgets in one (making my life seem less crowded with materialism). If you haven't figured this out already, you should search "free" in the App Store. There are a lot of cool free applications and games. Free Hangman is a personal favorite of mine!
